This service provides a fast and easy solution to determining current customer
risk. Developed to assist clients frustrated by the scope of their duties, it
has evolved into a tool that many clients use monthly to ensure they are on top
of their open accounts at all times.
What’s included? The core of the review is our Debtor Database Search (also available as a stand-alone service). This database is our proprietary record of ALL accounts ever placed with Randall and Richards, Inc. Information within these files includes a detailed history of our conversations and actions and, most importantly, the final outcome. The first step is comparing your list of past due customers with this Database. The information obtained is then added to additional criteria such as age, balance and account history and used to categorize your customers into three different risk levels; high, medium and low. Each risk level will also include a customized recommended action. These actions are the key towards cleaning up your aging or maintaining it. They range from recommendations that you can incorporate into your in-house procedures to full service investigations and collections. Finally, you can determine the health and appropriate action to improve your aging….at a glance! After the review is complete, it is provided to you via fax, email or hardcopy, depending on your preference. This process usually takes about three business days and costs you nothing!
