We
offer Legal Forwarding Services when
traditional collection methods don’t garner the results you’re looking for.
Randall and Richards uses only accredited Creditor’s Rights attorneys, and all claims are bonded for at least $1 million. All of our attorneys work on a “hard costs plus contingency” retainer agreement, which means the attorney doesn’t get paid if your account doesn’t get collected, and they only bill us for actual costs that they expend on your case. We require that you pay an initial costs deposit, which will be placed into escrow for the duration of the case, and doled out to the attorney as the case progresses. Any unused costs remaining in escrow at the conclusion of the case will be refunded to you.
