free demand service or using one of our customized letter series, we can meet
all of your pre-collection needs.
Demand Letters – An essential
final step to any in-house operation, the final demand gives your client one
last opportunity to satisfy their obligation. These are free of charge and
instruct your customer to pay you directly. If your customer decides not to
respond to this step then accounts are automatically entered for contingent
collections.
Pre-paid Letter Series – Our pre-paid letter series is ideal for clients who have balances less
than $200.00. These contacts are customizable and by design escalate as the series
progresses.
