In an effort to provide
a wide range of services, we have created three pre-employment screening
packages, based on the depth and scope of the investigation.
Silver Package
Covers basic background investigations with a county-level criminal background
check, driving record and credit report.
Gold Package
Includes Silver features plus verification of social security number, spelling
of applicant's legal name, four reference checks and up to five previous employers.
Platinum Package
Offers all the Silver and Gold features plus expands the investigation to three
additional counties for criminal background and civil records check, as well
as verification of education and a state and federal tax lien search. |
Are potential employees
honest in their applications?
Research from ADP Screening and Selection Services found that of nearly
4 million pre-employment background checks, 10% contained inconsistent
or false information. Another 44% of all credit checks revealed a judgment,
lien, bankruptcy or collection agency placement. Additionally, 5% of
investigations revealed criminal records, and 31% had poor driving
records with one or more violations or convictions.

be made by prospective employees of our customers relating to negative
information that Randall & Richards may discover in the course
of our background check. Our pre-employment screening services shall
be used by our customers only in cases in which a prospective employee
has submitted a signed employment application. |
